Songwriting is another area in which we have passionate staff who are serious about their craft with a range that includes R&B, Neo-Soul, Gospel, Pop, and Hip-Hop. We will soon be posting samples of songs our songwriters have written or co-written.
Our base prices for songwriting services are listed below:
R&B, Neo-Soul, Gospel, and Pop
Hook/Chorus-$75
Full song (verses, chorus, and bridge)-$150
Hip-Hop/Rap
Hook/Chorus-$75
Full song (verses, hook/chorus, and bridge if applicable)-$150
Each songwriter will retain actual ownership of each song written. The client may use the song in any way he or she desires but must give credit to the songwriter on any released or published copies of the recorded song, including registering the copyright for the sound recording. The client will still be eligible to collect royalties for the performance of the song as well as revenue from the sale of the song. However, we also do "Works-for-Hire" which means the song is written specifically for the client who will take ownership of the song, making them eligible to receive all royalties and payouts as if they wrote the song themselves. This is usually done when the client perceives the song as a "hit record" and pays the writer on the front-end as opposed to the writer collecting royalties for songplays, broadcasts, etc. Works for hire vary by song and must be negotiated but rates start at $1,000.

While we want to attract, service, and retain as many clients as possible, we do have boundaries in regards to our work and we have a mission to show respect without bias to race, religion, political affiliation, etc.
