-Download one of the FREE "Certified Cipher" beats on our "Beats/Pricing" page (downloads are FREE)

-Record a video clip of you (with cell phone, video cam, webcam, or digital cam) rapping to the beat (you can also do it acapella but it would be a good look if you use our beat of course)

-Clips must be between 1 and 3 minutes long (does not have to be one long verse...don't kill ya self)

-All video clips must be submitted to certifiedcipher@cleverelements.net to be uploaded onto the company’s YouTube™ channel and the official company site. By submitting the video, you are giving Clever Elements© permission to post it.

-This is an ongoing contest so the more videos you submit, the better chances you have of winning. If for any reason you would like your video removed, you must send a request to munchini@cleverelements.net

-Cash and other prizes will be awarded (depending on the number of entries at the time). All videos must be sent from a valid e-mail account so you can be contacted if you are selected to receive a prize. As of now there is no fee to enter and we will consider viewer responses and comments when selecting a winner, although this will not solely determine the winner.

-The beats remain the property of Clever Elements© and cannot be used to record commercial songs unless license is granted by the company but they may be used for songs on your MySpace™ or YouTube™ channel if also submitted for “Certified Cipher” and as long as proper credit is given to Clever Elements©

-Clever Elements© reserves the right not to post any material deemed inappropriate.
