Clever Elements - CD/Duplication

Did you know that CDs make great party favors? They are especially good for memorable events such as weddings and graduation parties, etc. Clever Elements Media Group is now offering CD design and CD duplication services. Clever Elements Media Group has designed and duplicated CDs that were given out to both guests and the bridal party at several wedding receptions. Many times people will have a CD of numerous pictures that are meaningful to them and that they wish to share with others. Others may wish to share certain songs that are meaningful to them. In one case, the groom was a singer and recorded a song dedicated to his wife and decided to share it with all the guests by giving it to them along with a few other songs. Whatever idea you have, we can make it happen. There are some exceptions. For example, if you want us to make copies of Alicia Keys' newest CD to give to your friends as a Spring Break keepsake, federal copyright laws prohibit us from doing so. We offer great deals to first-time customers so please contact us and let us know what you have in mind and get a price quote. Please advise of what you want on the CD label (a photo of you and your significant other, text, etc) as well as the number of copies you need. 1. If I have a favorite CD such as Mary J Blige's Share My World album, will you make copies of it so I can give it out to my friends at our reunion?
    No. As mentioned above, federal copyright laws prohibit us from doing so.

2. How do I make payment for my order?
    We prefer that payments are sent via Paypal to munchini@gmail.com We also accept personal checks but orders will not be placed into our worklist until
     the check clears.

3. Can I make a deposit or must I make full-payment when order is placed?

We do not accept deposits for CD orders. We require full payment before an order is placed into the worklist. This is because in addition to labor, there are supplies

such as the media (CD), ink, and machinery (CD duplicator/printer) that must be used to complete an order. Once the CDs are completed, there is no use for them
other than the purpose for which the client ordered them.

4. How will I receive the CDs?
    CDs will be shipped via US Postal Service or UPS with delivery confirmation to the address you provide.

5. Can I get a refund on my order if I am not satisfied.
     In most cases, we do not offer refunds for any services unless we fail to meet our obligations in terms of the timeframe we give. For instance, if we advise you that
     you will have your CDs by your wedding date, and you get them two days after, we will definitely refund your money as that is just fair business. We haven't had that
     happen as we are reasonable in our quotes in regards to turnaround time. Since we rely on referrals and word-of-mouth to shape our business, we do our best to
     treat each client with the thought in mind that they will let someone else know about us, whether good or bad.
